Columbus Community Hospital Films

Role: Producer / Editor
Client: Columbus Community Hospital
Locations: Columbus, Nebraska
Scope: Multi-month production with a 10-day shoot; 23 videos covering hospital history, staff stories, and department overviews
Team: Producer, Director, Director of Photography, Gaffer, Grips, AC
Challenges: Coordinating around doctor availability and managing a complex shoot environment remotely, ensuring crews captured all necessary story moments across multiple hospital departments.
What I Did: Led pre-production planning, including hiring crew, scheduling, and communication with hospital staff and storytellers. Oversaw post-production, managed workflow and review cycles, and served as the primary point of contact for client feedback and milestones.
Outcome: Deliverables delivered on a rolling basis; project remains ongoing.

HOMES FOR OUR TROOPS 2025 PSA

Role: Producer
Client: Homes For Our Troops
Locations: Multiple veteran homes near Austin, TX
Scope: Two-day shoot across four homes; deliverables included a 30-second PSA, a 60-second PSA, and radio spots
Team: Producer, Director, Director of Photography, Gaffer, Grip, Audio Engineer
Challenges: Managing long travel distances between locations; maintaining a tight schedule while being sensitive and respectful while filming in veterans’ homes; capturing personal stories involving injuries with care
What I Did: Led all pre-production planning, including pre-interviewing veterans and their families, hiring crew, arranging travel and hotels, securing catering, and building shoot schedules. Served as the primary point of communication for veterans, families, and client stakeholders. Supervised post-production, coordinated with the editor to incorporate client feedback, and managed final sound mix prep for broadcast.
Outcome: Delivered fully broadcast-ready 30- and 60-second PSAs and multiple radio spots.

Pacific SouthWest district - mission impact series

Role: Producer
Client: Pacific Southwest District
Locations: Four-day production in Azusa, CA (studio) and Pasadena, CA (on location)
Scope: Three-day production including 10 in-studio interviews and dedicated b-roll capture; 14 completed deliverables.
Team: Producer, Director, Director of Photography, Gaffer, Grip (2), AC (2)
Challenges: Coordinating with 11 interviewees across California and Arizona; managing last-minute illness that impacted scheduling; navigating sensitive conversations around disaster relief and trauma
What I Did: Served as on-set producer, managing talent coordination, crew communication, and daily logistics. Oversaw post-production workflows, maintained client communication through revisions, and ensured edits aligned with tone, sensitivity, and messaging needs.
Outcome: Delivered a full series of polished, mission-driven impact videos for PSD’s communications and outreach efforts.
